The Two Scoops sailing experience was founded by Andrew & Pam Hind in 2019 with the intention of supplying unique and exclusive private cruising combined with exemplary dining for the more discerning palate, but without the exorbitant costs that are often associated with such once in a lifetime charter experiences.
Experience for both Andrew & Pam derives from the forming in 1999 of “The Wildlife Café” group of companies, which owned and operated many restaurants simultaneously, and designing and running “The Royal Ban Thai” restaurant chain.
Holidays and breaks are peoples` treats for themselves. From their own experience of searching the yachting world for an exclusive combined sailing and dining experience Pam and Andrew could not do so with any sensible price tags attached. Here, you can be pampered, wined and dined on an all-inclusive basis on the brand new 46ft luxury catamaran “Two Scoops”.

Normally the sailing season is May to October, and is for the suggested itineraries included. Two Scoops does sail outside of these times and can accommodate the “overnight with meal” under The Gourmet Experience options all year round. If you are interested in options outside of the main sailing season then talk to us. Prices for a 7 day or longer stay out of season is generally discounted.
Captain Andrew
You’re safe in Andrews hands, a yacht master with 20 years experience.
Don’t be put off by the size of Andrew or by his nickname of “Bear”. Knowledgeable, approachable, and a very capable captain, his main role is to get you safely to the best points of interest and home again.
First officer Pam
Pam is a commercial Day Skipper and is the perfect personal hostess.
She will make everything for your stay as comfortable as possible, which includes all housekeeping, drinks and meal service. If you want to eat or drink outside of mealtimes, or provide anything else that would make your stay just perfect she will be only too happy to oblige. Fresh bread daily and sumptuous cakes for special occasions are a specialty.
